Payments and Gift Certificates

 

Payments are accepted by Cash, Check, Visa or Mastercard.  Exact change is appreciated.  

 

Gift certificates may be purchased in person or over the phone using a credit card or personal check, we will then send the certificate to you via US mail.  Gift certificates may also be purchased through Myler Chiropractic at the front desk during their business hours. 

 

Gift certificates are available at all times for any treatment, package or monetary amount.

Appointments

 

All sessions are by appointment only.  If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly give at least 24 hours notice.  If late, you may be asked to take a shortened appointment at full cost, you may choose to reschedule your appointment at any time.
