Thai Herbal Compress Known in Thailand as Luk Pra Kob these compresses are made from a blend of various herbs including ginger, lemongrass, lime and many more. Gathered and bound in muslin cloth to form a firm ball, they are steamed to release the essential oils and applied directly to the skin. The application of moist heat and aromatics has been noted to have anti-inflammatory, analgesic and muscle relaxant properties. It has been utilized for centuries to mothers post birth, for chronic and persistent muscular pain and historically to warriors returning from battle. Our compresses are imported from Thailand assuring superior craftsmanship and the use of traditional herbal blends.
